Memorials to commemorate the Tay Bridge disaster have been unveiled at Wormit in Fife and on Riverside Drive in Dundee134 years after the bridge collapsed during a storm that sent a train into the river below. At least fifty nine people were killed although there was confusion over the numbers as many bodies were not discovered for months. The granite memorials have names of those who lost their lives inscribed on them.
