SRUC, BASC and Savour St Andrews – Chefs Learning Journey. This ‘Field to Fork‘ trail has been created to highlight the under use of small game. The day includes a morning out with SRUC and BASC Gamekeepers at our Canythall Estate, then a hands on practical experience in our training kitchens within Elmwood Campus in Cupar.
